How to redeem a coupon
Congrats on your complimentary tour!
The redeeming process is a little different depending on whether you're using an Apple iOS or Android device. Please note that each code is good for 30 days and can only be redeemed by one person.
Apple iOS (iPhone & iPad)

Download the app from iTunes (it's free).

Open the app and tap on the tour you are interested in taking.

The tour screen will appear (1st image below). Tap "Login to Download".

The Settings screen will appear next (2nd image). Tap "Login".

The Login screen will appear (3rd image). Enter your coupon code and press "Login".

Your in! The tour screen reappears with the "Download Tour" button (4th image).

Tap, wait a few seconds, and you'll see a green "Start Tour" button.

Download the app from Google Play (it's free).

Open the app and tap on the tour you are interested in taking.

The tour screen will appear (1st image below). Tap "Enter Code".

The Coupon screen will appear (2nd image). Enter your coupon code and press "Unlock".

Your in! The tour screen reappears with the "Download Tour" button (3rd image).

Tap, wait a few seconds, and you'll see a green "Start Tour" button.
